All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Orders over £75 are automatically sent with 48 Tracked — our recommended service. For orders under £75, you can also select 2nd Class as an alternative.

We aim to pack and dispatch all orders on the same working day; however, we advise allowing 1–2 working days for dispatch. Using our 48-hour service, you can then expect your order to arrive within 2 working day despatch.
Once your order is placed, you can follow its journey in your My Account area — from preparation right through to despatch. We also send email updates at key stages, including a direct tracking link once your parcel is on its way.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail. Orders over £50 are automatically dispatched with 48 Tracked. For orders under £50, choose 2nd Class (£2.80) or 48 Tracked (£4.80) at checkout — we always recommend the tracked option for peace of mind.

Postage is calculated at checkout based on your destination country and the weight of your order. We work hard to keep costs as low as possible. Any overpayment of postage will be automatically refunded to you. On the rare occasion an order is undercharged, we'll contact you to arrange the difference before despatch.
We use Royal Mail as our default carrier, with multiple options available at checkout. We always recommend a Tracked service for peace of mind, though International Standard is available as a more affordable, untracked alternative.
International rates vary by country and parcel weight, which can make exact pricing difficult to predict. Any overcharge is automatically refunded. If there's an undercharge, we'll reach out before shipping. It's rare — but we'll always be transparent when it happens.
