Joining our live sales provides you early access to all of our new stock which often sells out before it can even be released to the website. Also, it's a great way to learn about new crystals and their healing properties.

What is a crystal live sale?
A Live Sale is an event that takes place on the social media platform typically Instagram or Tiktok, in which crystals are sold in real time.
The sale is hosted by us where we sell crystals, through a live video stream on Instagram.
During the sale we will show and describe the different crystals, theeir healing benefits and answer any questions.
Live crystal sales is a.unique and fun way to purchase crystals as you can ask questions, place orders and connect with other likeminded people.
How does a live sale work?
- Follow us on Instagram @the.crystal.company
- Set your reminder which we post on our stories. This will send a notification to your phone when our live starts.
- Go to our profile at the start time and click our profile picture which will be highlighed with LIVE.
- During our live sale we will hold each crystal and give a brief description of the properties. A sticker with the price will then be shown in GBP.
- When a crystal is shown you would like to claim, the first person to comment with an emoji and or "claim" followed by the price wins the crystal.
- The person we I see first on my screen will win the crystal.
(NOTE: Instagram always priortieies your comment on your own screen. We have to go by the comment we see first as they all show up differently) - Once a live sale finishes, we will send you an email invoice that allows you to pay via our checkout.
What are the delivery prices?
Our delivery fees are the same as our website delivery costs.

Our shipping fees are calculated based on a weight only not country. This means our international shipping rates are predictions and may overcharge or undercharge. If this is the case, we will always refund and overcharge and on the rare occassion we undercharge we will ask for the addtional to be paid.
Can we see pictures of our claims ?
Unfortantely not. During a live sale, we package all of the crystals into crates to be transported from our home to our office, meaning they are all mixed together.
We ask that anyone who wish to do so, please take a screenshot of their claim once we announce your name.
We say this to try to speed up our process as in most cases, we ship all of the live sale orders the follow day after a live.
How do I claim?
All of the crystals shown(unless stated on the live)have a stick which is the price in GBP.
To claim simply put any emoji or the word CLAIM followed by the price.

Live Sale Rules
NO PUT BACKS:
Once you make a claim on our live sale this is a commitment to us that you want to buy that crystal. Once you make that commenitment, you are to follow through with your purchase.
NO SWAPS:
Similar to the put back rule, we do not offer any swaps, even if this is to upgrade.
24 HOURS TO MAKE PAYMENT:
After the live sale has finished you must send us your email address (this is only required if you are new to live sale)
You will receive your invoice via email which will allow you to pay for your order and set your delivery address.
Any invoices/claims that are unpaid will be cancelled and you be blocked from claiming in future live sales.
We put these rules in place to protect us and other customers who are on the live sale. Breach of these rules are unfair as other people miss out on crystals that they wished to purchase. In addtion to this, hosting a live sale take a lot of time for us to prepare for and host, therefore any unpaid invoices have to be taken seriously.
