Our whole bean, organic cacao is sourced from organic farmer's co-operatives in the Peruvian Andes and is processed using traditional methods.

Our cacao is grown in harmony with nature, and the resulting beans are carefully fermented and sun-dried before being shipped to us. This ensures that they are of the highest quality and flavour.
